EVOX
G-LOFT® EVOX is the latest innovation developed by Goldeck Textil. The G-LOFT® R&D team was able to create a true "evolutionary wonder" in the segment of outstanding high-tech insulation with maximum performance levels. G-LOFT® evoX is still a high loft insulation, but with an incredibly low weight of 20 g/m² in a special next generation 3D fibre architecture.

STABLE INSULATION COMPACT
G-LOFT® STI Compact is a very special insulation that we have developed for tough use in gloves, shoes and special equipment. It stands for a maximum of robustness, compactness and stability, which is especially needed in the professional sector. The LOFT of the padding is regulated and the surfaces are optionally hot calendered on one or both sides. This means it is also optimally prepared for the laminating process or other production processing methods. The standard weights are between 40 g/m² and 300 g/m².

STABLE INSULATION
A combination of extremely fine micro-fibres is used for production. In addition, the high proportion of melting fibres ensures maximum stability with an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. G-LOFT® STi is the optimal insulation for applications in gloves, work gloves and products that need to ensure excellent stability and very good grip.

HYPER
G-LOFT® HYPER is the latest product innovation in the G-LOFT® HIGH PERFORMANCE line, which stands for extreme maximum washing stability. The unique material blend consists of various revolutionary premium fibres that we have individually developed with our expertise for more than 50 years. Thus, G-LOFT® HYPER is able to produce more LOFT before and after washing, even with many and heavy washes. It is made especially for the professional sector such as workwear leasing systems where industrial washing procedures are required. Standard weights range from 80 g/m² to 300 g/m².

FLAME RETARDANT INSULATION
"Safety first" is the motto. G-LOFT® FRI was specially developed for use in protective clothing and equipment. In addition to its excellent flame-retardant properties, G-LOFT FRi also provides excellent thermal protection and thus has high bulk and flexibility at the same time. Tested according to DIN EN ISO 14116.

G-LOFT® AI combines the benefits of nature with the highest product standards. With G-LOFT® AI, high-quality natural raw materials are processed in the most modern way. This G-LOFT® blend was specially developed for use in the bedding sector and guarantees an optimal sleeping climate.

MI INSULATION
G-LOFT® MI is an optimal article specially developed for use in mattress covers as toppers of high-quality mattresses. The fibre blend contains a very special hollow fibre with a micrometre-fine air channel that increases air and climate regulation inside the padding. Due to the unique melting fibre in the material portion, it is extremely robust, stable and has no problem with fibre migration. Standard weights range from 100 to 400 g/m².

FI INSULATION
G-LOFT® FI is the special solution for robust and durable furniture fillings. It has been developed for use in back cushions, sofa seats and other furniture applications. The robustness combined with maximum filling power and the great memory effect due to the special fibre blend are absolute key advantages on the market. This PES-based filling material is made from 100% recycled premium fibres and is a great sustainable solution with maximum performance. We offer this product as standard between 100 and 400 g/m².
